Beer for Bushings

Made a tool to remove control arm bushings fairly easy on the xj. Now im in need of a press to reinstall them. If anyone in yhe Charlotte area can help Ill throw a case of beer your way.

I use the balljoint press loan-a-tool from Advance Auto

What part of charlotte? I've got a balljoint press and 20 ton press here on the south end of the airport.

Im.located near uptown. I have a ball joint kit but compressor it broken so no air for the impact.

I dont use an impact with the balljoint press, I just take my skirt off first

...and it's the fear of what may come next that makes that bushing pop out and run the fawk away

I can't help with the press from here, but I would like to see the tool you made! I'm going to be tackling this job in the near future, and the removal is the part I'm dreading. Where did you get your bushings from? And your skirts...are they tailored or off-the-shelf?
