bending 1.75 1/4 wall

will my pro tools 105HD with swag off road air-over ram do it? i need 2 bends. maybe 90*

Maybe if you heat it up. Mine has done alot of .188. It broke the strap holder on the die doing that. Never tried .250 wall.

I put some 25 degree kinks in 1.75x1/4" before with a manual JD2 and some heat. I've never tried it with my Protools, but if you break a piece on yours, I've got a 1-3/4 die 1/4 mile down the road.

Just build a fire and heat up the area you want to bend. Get it red hot and throw it in the bender. It bends really easy in a manual bender.
