OK I've done something weird.
About a year ago I managed to snap on of the pins on my front swaybar disconnects. (TJ) I have th el cheapo type with the the pin at the top and bottom. You can kind of see them in this picture:

I replaced that one with a "custom" made pin. (Same size pin, good metal used a drill press at work to drill the hole for a cotter pin to go through and keep it from sliding out)
Worked fine. All of them stayed straight, until yesterday, making the turn into my neighborhood, heard a "Pop" and felt real loose. So I figured same thing.
Well when I looked one was snapped, but the other three are bent to hell.

I'm guessing it's just fatigue and they all eventually bent?
I don't have any death wobble issues or anything else (Other than feeling like a water tower going around turns now)
I didn't see anything loose underneath either. But it seems weird that a month ago all 4 were fine, (I disconnected at my dad's house to play around) and now 3 are bent to hell and 1 snapped. I took them all out but it required a sledge, a lot of bending and more cursing than normal.

Anyone got any ideas of something I should check for other than just replacing the pins? I'm baffled as to what caused it. (But that's kind of like saying the blind guy couldn't see the picture)

I got the Warrior brand, Looks the same as what you have. I would not buy them again..... The holes in my shafts are already oblong.

Make sure you didn't over torque your bushing bolts. (I don't think it would cause it but it could be possible). If they were too tight they could restrict sway bar movement, therefore creating extra stress.

Reinsert pins if possible. Push up/down/side to side on bumper to make sure the sway bar is moving like it's supposed to.
