benefit of clocking a NP205 behind a NV4500

since the NV4500 is so deep from input centerline to bottom, is there an advantage of clocking the NP205 thats behind it? this is in a CJ7. to me, it looks like the bottom of the 205 at standard position looks to be at the same plane. trouble is that I haven't mocked them up together yet (no time before Christmas) and Im just guessing then I know once I get it in the rig that when clocked its going to hit all kinds of crap. can't find any pictures of the two mated to get a good idea. Im desperately in need of pictures.
