I need to find someone who can straighten some beadlocks I bought.
Inner bead is where they are bent.
I just need them straightened so @hurt4x4 can tig the cracks.
Was also going to add some stiffeners or small rock rings inside to prevent it in the future.
Located in Greensboro. These are Walker Evan’s beadlocks. Out of warranty.

Check with Lindsey tire in Winston Salem. They have straightened some on my brothers car before.

There were several threads on repair/truing of non-beadlock rims...

Not cheap, but have done several BMW alloys for me & @Tater

RGX in GSO
Yeah I read a couple threads. Was trying to find someone who would do just the straightening for a reasonable price. Then I can drill out the cracks and get them welded up.
I’ll give RGX a call.

Prince Wheel Services repaired a couple bent aluminum wheels I had on a street-driven car, probably 6 years ago. They are located in Monroe, NC (southeast of charlotte) but their website says they offer mobile wheel repair services in Greensboro. Based on your photos, they don't look much worse than the wheels I had repaired using their mobile wheel repair service.

I also used a guy that serviced Hendricks network via @lomodyj... *MUCH* more affordable!
IIRC, he got canned for doing too much "off the clock" work and pocketing?
Any chance he could still do it? lol

I second Prince Wheel Service. He's got a set up on a truck so is totally mobile. He hits up the BMW dealer in Winston regularly so Greensboro isn't too much further. Great guy and good at what he does.

Just call the service shop of your closest BMW dealer. They will know a guy. Expect about $100 per wheel.
You are right on.
Talked to Prince wheel’s guy who services Greensboro and he said if I weld them first, he charges $100/wheel to straighten.
I don’t have to have them perfect so I’ll probably just try a porta power and see how it goes.
Guy was super cool, but is used to working at Mercedes and BMW... I don’t need that kind of work. These are just old beadlocks.

Doubtful... as the last time I used his/Hendricks service, the "affordable" part was out the window and the reason to try RGX. I swear I'd have been money ahead simply buying NEW/un-mangled rims
No doubt. I have $500 in these 6 wheels and getting 3 fixed will put me at $800 total.
We will see if I can do it myself.

I bet a big ass wwll engine lathe with a burnishing tool would work awesome for something like that. Shame i don't have one!
