Synergy or Dynatrac?

Dynatrac suppose to be the best. Synergy,s are half the price and hold up well. If I was racing dynatrac, trail jeep, synergy.

Aren't ball joints on a jk 44 larger than a standard Big 3 44 front?

I think I've installed 25 plus sets and for the guys that are actually using their Jeeps they need replacing after a couple years. The Moog's have a lifetime guarantee whereas Synergy only have a 2 year warranty if I remember correct. This way when you replace them at least it is free. They cost a little more on the front end but the warranty is worth it in my mind.

I think Rare parts has rebuild-able joint now too. Just no experience with them.

This is why I have Moog In my Jeep change them.once a year it seems but it's also a Dana 30 locked on 35s and I don't give it no slack

Also teraflex makes a beast ball joint for them. I had synergrys and replaced them with teraflex a few months ago. They were physically heavier than the synergies if that accounts to anything.

I forgot about Teraflex. Their first version they had some issues with and pulled them back but the current are supposedly good. I haven't installed the new ones from them yet. Most of the time when I give people the options they go for a little more money and the lifetime warranty of the Moog's.

Pittsburg sells lifetime warranty tools for a fraction of the price of Snap On. Does that make them just as good as Snap on?

All Pittsburgh sold you was a guaranteed piece of crap.

Same with the Moog?

You can take a good look at a T Bone by stickin your head up a bulls ass, but wouldn't you rather take the butcher's word for it?

I don't think this is a fair comparison but I see what you are saying. In my experience we have only had to replace one set of Moog's I'm guessing we've replaced at least 6-8 synergy BJ's. Moog has been building joints for a long time and I don't think I would consider them budget. Also the last set of Moogs I bought for a JK were about $85 more than the Synergy.

Moogs are trash for 3rd gen dodges. Bought a moog Pittman arm and tie rods for neighbors 95 k3500 and they both failed in under 1 year. I will never buy another moog part.
