but I don't want to pay $42 plus shipping for it. Where could I find one for cheaper? Asheville folks, does Asheville Hose make brake lines?

ecgs? not asheville but...

I bought some eBay specials almost identical to that. So far so good.

We use Asheville Hose for forklift hydraulic hoses and they seem to hold up as good as any other hose. I'd say we're satisfied or we wouldn't keep using them.

East Coast makes great brake lines and you'll have it next day with ups shipping.

Alliance hose and tube works in greensboro also makes great lines.

That line from east cost is about $20-$30 plus the ride. I just had one made that was 14" over all with the same fittings on the ends and it was $27. They also made it while I waited.

Asheville hose will make them, last I checked it would be close to $50. They made a PS hose for me and its rock solid, but it was about the same price.

I used them because I had pieces and needed to show them to someone and have it made. For me the small difference in cost for me to walk out with the right part in 10 minutes sealed the deal.

Thats because Chase and co use the Jimmy Johns delivery drivers.
Like seriously, your order will get there before the charge shows up on the cc.

I know it's too late, but just FYI, that's the same rear brake hose for every lifted Ford truck/bronco ever produced as well. Ford and Jeep share a lot of common elements from factory. I will add rear brake line to the list...

I ordered a couple bolts for my drive flanges from chase a few weeks ago. He didn't charge me for them said catch up when I had a real order. Package came fed ex next day. He even made an invoice and it was like $15 shipping.
