I lost a trailer tire on my way back from Atlanta a couple weeks ago and in the process of pulling to a safe place to change it, the wheel got all bent up. I went to tractor supply and they wanted about $180 for the wheel/tire. Where should I be shopping? Craigslist came up with nothing. It's a 5x5 rim 205/75/15

After an afternoon of running around and calling places I guess a 5x5 wheel isn't very common. I might need to order it, but I need a spare no later than wed afternoon...

i bought just the wheel from tractor supply 40 bucks and got a good used spare from a local tire shop 20 bucks. best advice i can give

Call Brandon at Rides. He has always given great deals on wheels and tires.

After calling every trailer shop within 50 miles of Mooresville and a couple different craigslist nuts, I ordered a new wheel/tire from ebay for $105 shipped. Who knew 5x5 was an odd size trailer tire? I'm just glad I didn't loose a tire last week going to Harlan and back thinking I had a new spare - that didn't fit...

I tried the Jeep wheel but it was a little wide since my wheels are 15x6. ( doesn't help my fenders are bent to shit from driving over them a few times on accident)

Before I came up with an actual trailer spare, I found a 16" "doughnut" spare in the junk yard. It has a double bolt pattern! It's a little short,
but I have used it as a spare, & on long trips, still carry it, as an extra backup.
