So there is this guy in our branch at work like that.
Scrawny-ass little Chinese (?) man, prob weighs 90 lbs, wears clothes from the early 80s and always looks confused.
But his voice is incredible, very deep and straight just like that.
They used to have him do all the voice-overs on all the Directorate and even some bigger ARL PR videos. You'd never expect it by looking at him, damnest thing.
