best tranny fluid for tj 5 speed

i was just wondering what the best fluid would to put in my tj would. in the mornings when its cold it dont like to change good till it gets warmed up so any answers yall have would be great thanks.
 
Although it's not listed as specifically being for the AX trannies, Pennzoil Synchromesh works nice for them. Autozone usually carries it.
