I have about 20 lights on each side of my Pete. The wiring is a mess and I would like to redo it. What's the best way to connect them all? I usually use heat shrink connectors but am not aware of anything other than the crappy scotch locks to t off with.

Put two wires in either side of the butt connectors for a tee. Use uninsulated butt connectors with the proper non cheesedick crimper and cover with heat shrink... Then you won't be "that" truck driving down the highway with flickering lights.

I've ordered non insulated crimps from del city before. Any tips on local places that would have them and adhesive lined heat shrink?

Ever have any issues with amazon quality?

I was going to say scotch locks. :)

I solder all my connections and use the adhesive lined heat shrink- which I have bought from Amazon in the past. Can't say about the butt connectors.

Just buy the butt crimps that have the heat shrink built into them. You can buy them at Home Depot.

I've bought all sorts of decent-quality electrical stuff from Amazon, including spools of Ancor marine wire.
