I'm a car guy, so I know about engines, racing tires, and lowering an eclipse. I know next to nothing about suspension and off road tires.
I have a 98 Jimmy that I take on the beach. I usually don't have a problem, but when the sand gets really churned up and gets really soft it can be an issue. I'm wanting to fix that. I'm thinking bigger/wider tires, and a small body lift if needed. Nothing to drastic as this is my DD. Any suggestions?

. During the summer I am out there 4-5 days a week and don't have the patience to constantly let it out and put it in. I usually drive out there with 30lbs without much issue. If I have any issues I'll let it out to 15-20. I've only gotten stuck once...about 3 days ago. I had 20lbs in all 4 tires. The sand was just so soft at the entrance/exit I didn't have the clearance to get over it.
