That's not a Mog, It's a DAF, a brand of Semi Truck in Europe. MUCH bigger than a Mog.

Which just makes it more impressive IMO.

That truck had two engines and when it crashed it killed the 2 of the 3 people in it, the wreck was over 1/8 mile long and they outlaw that type the next year.

I had a Mog. They never really performed well at Dakar. Not as much power as the bigger trucks, and the flexy frame doesn't make for super handling at high speeds. The portal axles also don't buy you much in that kind of race.
