thinking about the bilstein 5150's for my front end. D44 SAS on ranger with 5.5in wild horses progressive coils. any opinions? whos running them on what? i was thinking 255/70 valving
 
I'm running 5150's with 255/70 valving on the front end of my full size Bronco D60 SAS on Cage 6.5" progressive coils. Sounds similar to what you're looking to do, just a good deal heavier. They work really well and I think you'll like them.
 
I ran them on all 4 corners on my old wrangler. You cannot beat the price for performance. They rode very firm on the road, but offered acceptional performance offroad!
