You should check out Automag. They're from the Raleigh area. Very good friends of mine. Also, Rebel Son, Little Johnny Trailer Trash, and Hogjaw are good.
 
They're on youtube. They have a couple CD's out. Give them a listen. They also have an Android app. If on youtube, search "automagband". That should give you the most results. Not trying to toot my own horn or anything but they wrote a song about me and my wife during my last deployment.
 
Promise to Jamie. You may have to dig a little to find it. There's only one video on there of it being played at a bar that I know of.

Right you are sir. The Howards are very good friends with the members of the band. Automag plays there too....or...well...they all USED to. Live music isn't allowed there anymore. Buck's is moving to a new location this year because of all that.

Yeah...I've been friends with Jake and John since I was in 3rd grade...I go to every band I can that they have there. Next menu should have my creation on it...Buck's Big Boy Burger...Jake will know it as Ben's burger...hahaha.
 
blackberry smoke does the theme/intro to the Red Arrow hunting show. Theres on there time to time I think too.
 
They opened for zac brown band last night. Not my cup of tea, our group wished we would have stayed at the bar shooting pool for an extra hour.

Seems like the songs they have on youtube that are most viewed are less southern rock and more pop country? Post up some of the good ones
