Bladder installed into an RCI fuel cell?

Anyone ever see or hear about installing a bladder into an RCI fuel cell? I have a 2161 in the rear of my TJ, but to pass most of the race techs (West Coast), you have to have a bladder installed. Instead of buying a new tank, new mount, re-installing the fuel pump, etc, etc, I was wondering if my tank could be modified to hold a bladder?

will they allow you to use foam ?? The cell in my drag car has a foam inner block which would be easy to install.

Yep, 100%.

Not only is the smell gone, but it starts much better, go figure.
