Pretty sure its policy to make the officer resign anytime stuff like this happens... He will have a ranking position with another police department in the area in a few weeks. As if nothing ever happened. That is what happened when J.D. Goodnight hit and killed the woman on 85 a few years ago doing over 100 mph.

And yeah... There is no evidence to support the BMW's were racing. Just filming eachother.
