Boat interior replacement recommendations

So I bought a boat. Debating whether I should keep it or send it down the road. Overall the boat is solid, but the interior is rough.
I have the cushions, but some of the wood frames behind the seats are starting to rot. Also the console wood needs to be replaced. I’d like to at least get a couple prices or ideas of what I’ll spend. I’m fine with going back with one color for everything if that saves $.

what i did was got a quote for interior, listed the repairs i wanted to do if i was going to keep the boat. I ended up selling the boat for a good price and finding a little newer boat with a decent interior for just a little more than i expected to have in old boat. Also went from a single to double axle trailer.

That was a few years ago and now this boat needs some bottom cushions replaced. If you find someone local (triad) that does good work let me know.

A friend of a friend told me Robert's Upholstery near high rock lake redid his pontoon. but i don't have any experience with him.

that boat probably has a plywood deck. if the seats are starting to rot, you should check the floor really carefully.
Everywhere I can get to, the deck is solid. It’s a mix of aluminum and marine plywood.
It’s got a little soft wood on some seat backs and around the console. Usable as is, but I want to replace it if the $ is right.

Done the plywood seat backs and bottoms on a couple of boats. Was fairly easy and fast to pull staples, cut wood to match, and re-staple (marine plywood with monel staples). Dont have to mess with the foam and stuff. (one was all the seats in a bass boat, the others were the folding seat/lounge type in a runabout).

Looks like you got some damaged vinyl....is that sun-rot, or did something cut it? If the other vinyl panels are in decent shape, an upholsterer can replace just that one panel.

Jason Hollander has done a great job on a few folks' boats. @lockedup5 @uglyjeepoffroad Not sure if he is a member here, but is in Rock Corp I believe. He is in Granite Falls.

@Curtis_H had a boat redone by a guy in High Point that was fair on price and done a good job. Maybe he can chime in.

Guy I had do mine used to work with a friend and done mine on the side. He has since opened tapia sound and upholstery in high point. I have no clue how his prices compare now, as it has been probably 5 plus years since I used him but I was happy with his work.

The vinyl needs replacing too.
