Hey guys i was wondering if you all had any suggestions on getting some boat seats repaired locally. I have an older Malibu ski boat and need the seat bottoms in the boat either repaired or recovered. Close to either Greensboro or Asheboro would be best.

Or Charlotte suggestions. I'm looking for a quality shop to do the same as OP.

Carolina upholstery in fort mill does good work

I'll tell you one to stay away from.

Teakwood Marine and Upholstery. Claims to be in Salisbury, he's closer to Winston than Salisbury though.

Just stay far far way or PM me for details. I dont want to type the 10,000 words it would take to tell you everything they did.

Ive got a friend whos inlaws have a pretty good upholstery shop up around hickory, ive seen some pics of their work and it looked pretty damn good. Boats and hotrod stuff. I will try to get the info here in a little bit.

@REDLYNER got our canvas done at Howell and Son(s) in Cornelius.

They did a GREAT job and I couldn't complain on the pricing either. It did take a few weeks for them to get to it though. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They do upholstery as well and I saw some of the projects they were working on and the work looked very good.

I'll give them a call, I'm definitely looking for some quality work. Good to hear of your positive experience.
