Body Lift Help?!

I have the automatic shift linkage. What kind of linkage do i need for the 4wd shifter? If any knows please help me! Thanks!! Its a 1990 Toyota 4Runner SR5 V6 4WD. It is the Performance Acessories 3" Body Lift.
