I am wanting to get the tub placed back on the frame ASAP. Most of the bolts I had to cut through with a sawzall. I think there were three where the capture nuts didn't spin loose. I ordered the bushing set from Energy Suspension but they didn't come with the tubing inserts that go through the bushings. I believe the bolts were 3/8" x 16, but on the areas that spun loose I removed the captured nuts so I can just run a reg bolt and use a fender washer, lock washer and nut to tighten them down that way. The bushings hole in the center has a ID of 7/8 and they need to be about 1 1/2" long, the center of the bushing needs to be 7/16" or close to it to allow a 3/8" bolt to pass through them, or do I use a 1/2" bolt that is turned down to 3/8" at the threads?. There are a couple bolts I will need to drill a hole from the inside of the tub to be able to get to the nut on the body mount bolt. I haven't been able to find any bushings that are 7/8" OD and 7/16" ID, or 1/2", I can't believe non of the Jeep shops carry these. I have found 3/4" OD and 3/8" ID bushings at the local hardware store but I am worried about the slop between the bushing and the poly mount. Do you know any place that might sell these bushings? Also I know there is suppose to be a 2" fender washer on the bottom of the bushing, but is there also suppose to be one between the top of the bushing and the tub? I wouldn't think so but thought I would ask.
Thanks
Kevin
