body/paint in raleigh

i'm looking for a person or shop in raleigh that can sand down and paint the hood and pass. fender on a jeep i just bought. i'm replacing the fender because it has a decent rust spot on it (only spot on the whole jeep) and the hood looks like it had tree sap on it and somebody scraped/peeled it off and it took chunks of paint with it. the jeep is immaculate with the exception of these spots.
anybody?
