Posting this in hopes of getting a lead, I know it's a long shot, but the trailer had some of my friends family's Christmas memorabilia from their kids and grandparents in it so it means a lot to them.

20ft dual axle featherlite trailer. Bodyn bobsled project stickers towards back of trailer. Can still see outline of 13" Hoosier stickers towards the back of the trailer. If they happen to not have taken plate off it is a FL plate. It was stolen from apartment complex called Camden Sedgebrook in Huntersville sometime after the 16th of November. The bars from a weight distributing hitch were in it, neon orange ratchet strap tie downs and big ratchet straps that were blue plus all my friends family's Christmas stuff. Thanks in advance to anyone that shares this and Thanks in advance for your help.

They have stated they will not press charges if everything gets returned to the Huntersville police department safe and sound.

I Still RAGE, when I remember a "Former" friend, stealing a car from me, in Charlotte! This Was 20 years ago, but they did have a computer in the Patrol car. I gave AL the info,on the car, including the Dealer plate, & where I thought the Thief was heading. Charlotte Officer told me it would be entered, as soon as he got back in his car. As he left my broken-into-house, I called the Highway Patrol, reported it to them, & the Dealer Plate, & it was probably headed to Wilmington! 30 days later, my Insurance, paid me off. Ten days later, an impound yard in Wilmington, called the Dealer, the Plate belonged to, & asked what they should do with the car. The day after I Reported the theft, NC State Patrol, had it towed off the side of US 74. It was out of gas, & still had the Dealer plate on it. MY CAR WAS NEVER REPORTED STOLEN:kaioken:

I doubt it will get entered into NCIC as stolen if they wont prosecute.

I should have clarified, they have stated to me and others that they will not prosecute if the stuff gets returned, but the steps have been taken for it to be filed with the police as stolen. Its doubtful that it will unfold that way, but at this point they really just want the trailer back because of its contents and the sentimental value most of it holds.
