Boone area lookin for weekend wheelers to go mess around on local trail

hey guys. anyone in Boone NC want to go on weekends to mess around on this local trail...nothing crazy but fun place to go and play around/mud holes and just wooded trails with some moderate stuff maybe. for Xmas i got me a new xj to play with and ready to go but not alone so lets get together and plan some trips. this place is local, like right down 421 few miles out of boone, and stock jeeps can go i believe around most stuff but been a while since i was there...years ago i went on jeep on 36s and couple holes swallowed it but still seemed hard bottom. would like to go out next saturday or sunday and i like going kinda early in the day just incase something happens you have daylight to work with.

ok i knew that would be the major topic here but all the locals have been going there for 20+ years and there's a reason why it hasn't closed down and the owner getting pissed off...cause we locals have kept the dam drunks and college kids out it and haven't trashed it so he has never cared as long as nobody messes with his Xmas trees which again nobody does. I personally know the Kin of the owner. it's behind xmas tree farm, up on a mountain and through the woods..not very long but can make a good 3-4hour playing trip out of it.
 
last time i went, been couple years, several holes had been dug out apparently by someone with 35s or bigger so hard to say if stock can make it through anymore but next weekend i plan to go out and see what's been done/changed. i usually don't mind going there alone (unlike Richlands lol) but never hurts to have companions to share the fun with!
 
ahh crap...totally forgot about the cold spell coming mid week...well hopefully still get out there to play around a little...i know you can get around most holes...only one i know for sure is kinda a booger to get around if at all possible actually unless people have done something to that area of the trail...for years people tried to make way around this one hole that nobody liked and well it was on too much of a slant with a tree kinda in the way so....thanks for reminder though
 
I just brought an XJ, can you help me lift it or give me some advice? I remember a yellow xj you said you lifeed that was just awesome Had a d35 rear (I understand that can't break) and a d 30 front in 42's I think? any how, I really need your help Mr.88jeepturd.

You forgot about the doubler. You have to have that to make the 35 unbreakable.
 
Did you just sell a Toyota truck to a forum member to buy said xj?
 
love the jokes guys but seriously not back here to get into childish stuff...just looking for some guys to wheel with. hope everyone had a good xmas and happy new year to yall.
 
bahahaha. excellent work with the cl ads. when i saw the name I wondered if all would remember all the great works and words of wisdom this dude shared. and Im still puzzled and he never answered. does the telling everyone FU come before or after u say god bless you?
