Brake issue....

I had a caliper dragging, so I replaced the caliper. Gonna wait for the Mrs. to get home to help bleed one wheel. Well.... I discovered a few hours later I forgot to put the copper seal back on the brake line (MC is now empty.....). Oh well, now I have to bleed all 4 no biggie. I bleed PR, DR, PF, and finally DF (where the new caliper is). Mrs. says it felt OK. Next day I get in, damn pedal goes to the floor. So I go get a little vaccuum bleeder so I can do it myself. I bled the shit out of the brakes..... They are still soft......... Any ideas what could have went wrong????
 
Nevermind, I finally got it. I just had to walk away for a minute.
It did take quite some time to get the system bled though.... I didn't expect it to take so long.
