Brake issues.. I think..

I got a 2004 jeep wrangler rubicon.. I'm having the following issue.. If I put the trans in neutral (automatic) and push the jeep backwards, it rolls with ease.. But if I push it forward, I have to put a lot more effort into it. Also when I fist take off, the brakes make the noise like the indicator is running against the rotor, and when I stop it sounds like the worst brakes you'll ever hear!! The pads are fairly new. But after I brake 2-3 times it goes away and they act normal. It seems to be worse when I go in reverse ( like backing out of a parking space) then going into drive.. Anyone else have an issue like this? Or could point me in the right direction?

Thanks!!!

I'd be pulling the calipers, & checking everything again. Maybe one or more of the pads, have somehow slipped out of place,or somethings broken. Jack it up & see if you can spin the wheels. Listen for the noise.
