brake work on d44 housing

I reciently bought the start of someons project. Dana 44 front housing. It has ford IFS front rotors on it to change to 5x5.5 bolt pattern. The problem i am having is the caliper does not fit with the rotors. Can i just change out rotors with different back spacing so my origional calipers fit. Was told the 44 was out of 86 waggy.

I know someone has done work on a waggy dana 44 front axle. I really want to keep it a 5x5.5 wheel bolt pattern.

you need f150 outers from knuckle out to run the 5x5.5 pattern

what year f150 knuckles? what other parts will i need?
