Like title says picked up and axle and I can't get the star head bolts to break loose the heads are almost rounded on one I've Tryed pb blaster and got one but other three are still solid so any ideas I'll give it a try

Best thing i have found is heat. Take a torch to them and then try. Can you get a pair of channel locks on them?

What axle? What bolts?
Can you use a jam nut?

dana 30 hp, its different than the one that is on the jeep know mine you pull the caliber and rotor comes off, this one has a bracket that the caliber is bolted to and holds pads can't remove rotor till i get it off.

i was scared to put to much heat to it and mess the ball joints up im gonna get them from my garage to my shop and try to heat them and get them to brake, then ill try welding a nut to them. is it better to use a nut the same size or one that is slitty larger than the bolt head slide it over and weld it full?

Clean it up to bare metal, weld a nut on the head, then wrench on it when it's still hot
Pretty much. This one has gotten me out of many jams. EZ outs are expensive.
