So I found a car on craigslist, but there has not been any contact information added to the listing yet. There is a street address to a church listed on the ad - 133 Osborne Road, Calvary Baptist - and it appears the pictures of the car were taken across the street from that in the parking lot of the Applied Technology building at Blue Ridge Community College.

Here's the car - a gold/metallic-tan '67 AMC Rambler Sedan:

1967 Rambler

Is there anyone around that area who has seen the car, or is willing to take a look and see if it is nearby with a for sale sign in the window? I'd love to get more info on it!

I plan to ride my bikes near there Saturday am. Want me to snoop for ya?

Boy, Grandma kept that in the garage a Long Time! At the bottom of the ad, CL states, if the seller didn't leave any contact, CL can notify them by e-mail. You have to contact CL, I guess click that button, or something.

That’s a clean looking car. If I squint, it looks a lot like a Nova of the same vintage....with a much better price tag. I like it!

I Actually had one, though might have been a different year. I was a mere teenager then! It was my Aunt's, & she had gotten Rear-Ended by a Dump Truck! Low mileage & ran & drove fine, but the rear quarter panels & trunk lid were , er, "shortened"! I used a chain, tree, drill, bolts & washers, to do some body "stretching" I got it back into some form of a square shape! Sold it to somebody, just don't remember much more.:)
