I broke two. Managed to rotate one and get it back in the hole, but the other one is a little smaller and I can't get the %*^#@! thing to move.

Any tips on this?

I have considered bending a metal coat hanger and making a noose and just tugging it out. I don't see why a scratch on a flat surface would hurt, but technically I guess it would weaken it. It could open up the hole too making it a useless POS.

And before anyone recommends a Detroit or ARB, that would be great I can give you a shipping address, just send me PM.

A big thanks in advance for the help.

Clean it all really, really well so the pins will move easier. Then use a pocket magnet to slide them and a sharp pick to finish pulling them out.

bring it when you bring your 3rd's i can get them out.

Gonna see you in the next day or so with them. I will try some more tonight after the last welds on rear are done.

It seems like it should be easy. Maybe its like cone washers the first few times.

Get the sticky gear oil out from around it with brake clean and slide it out. The folks down at Liberty Gear has some upgrade pins and springs,if you talk to the tech guys they usually will give you a new kit!
