bronco II with a knock

i have an 87 bronco 2.9l v6 with a lifter knocking i have heard they are adjustable i was just wondering what is the easiest way to fix to adjust the rocker arm or replace the lifter

they are easy to adjust i would try to adjust it then if is still knocking i would replace it just becareful and dont tighten it to tight or u will screw it up
