brown mountain trails???

i know the trail length is short, but is it pretty much a rough dirt road? i have a toyota on 31's and since ill be at steel creek this weekend i figured i would take the kids down there. just dont want to get in a mess with a small stock truck...
 
i went up the main trail for a bit, the wife started to look green. so i turned back. looks like i offically have a me time lol
 
So was it decent?
 
The only place I've ever seen 4x4's was on the main trail and sometimes on the first half of number 4 jump trail. If you think the atv's are bad at uwharrie, you'll pull your hair out at Brown.:poop:
 
if you up that way or camping at steel creek like we were, its a good time killer. i suppose after a really good rain it would be fun. i was worried about ppl hauling the mail down the main road and running into my truck. but lockers and swampers are over kill. are trails 1 and 8 all a truck is allowed on?
