I need to figure out what im gonna do for audio in my buggy, already have wake board rack speaker boxes so really i just something to make music go there. Im thinking an amp i can plug my phone or ipod up to that is pretty tought for what we do. What brands or features do i need to look for to power two 6.5 speakers and connect to a headphone jack.

Cliffnotes- need to figure out how to listen to NWA in a buggy with no headunit

Find you a dock connector to RCA cable adapter and a RCA level controller for the volume. I had that in my old YJ with a Pyle marine amp and wakeboard speakers. Just put the amp somewhere where it won't be directly exposed to water. They say marine, but mine got wet and fried it.

I think for the application i dont wanna spend much on the amp

Cool, looking at that link that amp may be a little more suited to being exposed. Also looks like that one already comes with a RCA level controller. You shouldn't have to buy anything else.

Put you in one of those 12v USB ports and you could keep your phone charged too.

I have ran Pyle atv amps in my last truck and it did good I'm going to use the new jl audio head unit that fits in a 3 inch gauge pod and has biult in amp and Bluetooth in my buggy

I have a Pyle marine amp in my buggy. It may be special since it constantly gets soaked and is holding up well. I Just run a cord from it to my phone or iPod. I'm on my second set of speakers. I'll spend some money on the next ones, cheap speakers sound like cheap speakers.

The speakers i have came with the mounts so ill run them till i get tired of then or they break.

That is pretty cool @karatejosh but i think im going to go with a more traditional amp so i can have all that stuff behind the seat
