buggy jesse james style

Yea, I don't think I would trust something that was built from ground up in 5 days or whatever the timeframe is. Too much there to miss. Looks cool though.

That thing was for sale on ebay about a year ago. You really can't argue with the quality of parts used in the buildup. Those Dynatracs are at least $8000 a piece. On top of that, an Atlas II and King shocks, crawlers, hutchinson wheels. There is definately some dough in that thing.

Would hate to be the person that has to take the engine out. Looks like you would have to cut that tube connecting the shock towers to get it out. Plus, I think they need a little more support under the fuel cell, it is bulging pretty bad.

I would take the tires, axles, and many other parts, but the Bronco as a whole is not that great.

Not a big deal...just cut it, and when you want to re-install the tube, just get the tube clamps from Poly Perf or something. I have a similar tube across the engine bay of my FJ...

I wouldn't touch that rear axle though.. well, could sell it to someone for a front axle for their rig I 'spose.

I'm with Hales, that Atlas wouldn't last 5 minutes in that position..

I agree on the cobbling (corner cutting)...

FWIW, a guy from the Commando club was on that build... while he said it was cool and never directly said JJ was a dick... it wasn't hard to read between the lines. Just another dumb@$$ that "got above his raisins" :D
