Building a front bumper???

I am getting ready to build a front winch bumper for my 84 4-runner. I have got all the things figured out as to how I am going to build it, but I am brain storming on how to mount the bumper to the frame and do it so that it will be strong enough for a 8000lbs winch. Can anyone help me with this delima?

thanks for the link, but I am building my own. I was just trying to get some ideas on how I could mount to the frame and it be strong enough to handle a 8000# winch

Run D-ring mounts through the bumper and into the frame rails. Then, even if a weld fails, the d-ring will keep the bumper from separating from the frame.
