So I need help deciding what's going on with my 2006 F250 6.0 that's bulletproofed with 216k with 10k on the bulletproof job. At idle the tach slightly fluctuates(barely noticeable with my 20/20 vision) and at times it'll idle a tad rough. Seems like when the truck is drove for a short period of time this goes away. The other morning going down a hill I let off the gas completely and noticed the tach would bounce from the normal idle of around 750-800rpm to 1100-1250 or so. A very noticeable fluctuation at that. It only done this a time or two when completely coasting. Any ideas? Injectors? O-rings? Sensor of some sort?
