Ok, here is the problem: On my '01 dodge ram 4x4 I have to change the front u-joint. In trying to remove the axle hub nut I have broken an 18" pull bar and just this morning I BROKE A 25-250 FT-LBS TORQUE WRENCH. It will not budge. The pull bar broke with right hand removal and the torque wrench broke with left hand removal. I have sprayed it leberally with liquid wrench. What do I need to do?

3/4" breaker bar and a 4' piece of pipe?

PB blaster and heat.... maybe not in that order tho!!!

Ive been suscessful removing honda crankshafts via putting a breaker bar on the crackshaft bolt and "bumping" the ignition over. Maybe doing the same but driving the truck foward?

i had this problem today. 43mm bolt or 1-11/16. almost any reg 1/2 drive impact will work. the jerking force will make a huge difference. i broke my 1/2 drive ratchet with 2ft breaker bar. hit it with a 4-450ft lb impact and came right off. my problem was getting the unit bearing off the knuckle. p.i.a. then getting the u joint off was near impossible. i cut it out.

Use a brass or alum block between the stud and steering stop and as said use the power steering.
