Some family is buying a house as Is. The former owner is in a nursing home and his daughter is in control of his estate. Cleaning up all the old owners stuff no problem. The question is there are two cars on the property both haven't been moved since he was put in a home. The daughter is in Wyoming. So what happens to these cars? Do they go with the house?

Initial agreement that you get to keep the cars and written letter from power of attorney during closing.

Or

Goes both ways. Agreement on your part to be presented at closing stating something like 30 or 60 days to remove cars from property or they become yours.

Maybe I'm old school. If the property is for sale and you buy it, you get what's on the property. Poison ivy, emeralds, dead hooker corpses, and even cars. Just make sure you address it in writing at closing. Don't forget the Vin # in the transaction.

Over and done with. Nobody will hesitate I bet.

4 door Lexus SUV and a ford ranger probably around the last year they were made with 50,000 miles on it

Sounds like a Bro-Lite entry to me.
