C gusset welding

So I just recently bought some Synergy C gussets for my JK and I'm trying to find a shop near by that can weld then on for me. I live in Yadkin County. Thanks for any help guys.

Closest trio I could think about.
 
Does that axle need to be torn down before welding? Zack and I were talking about this last night.

I pulled the knuckles and shafts on mine, welded them on then changed out the ball joints, then re-assembled.

I would prefer a tear down. No sense in sacrificing weld quality or ruining good parts and seals.
