Yesterday (Friday) afternoon I grenaded my D35 rear end. Its my DD so I need to get it back driving quickly.

I am trying to find someone that has either a D35 rear end that requires no welding/grinding (so, same bracket pattern as the TJ) that I can bolt in to get it driving again, or a ford 8.8 rear end that has already had the modifications done so its ready to go.

If anyone upgraded and now has a stock d35, please let me know ASAP as I am between some broken ring gear pieces and a hard place.

sorry... Why Im asking here... I am new to the Raleigh/Cary area and haven't gotten involved with the clubs here, otherwise I would just ask my vast chain of jeepin buddies. :D

So... After twisting off 2 half in drives, Chase won my business.. In the process, I guess I will go to a ford 8.8 rear end.

I guess it was time for an upgrade anyways. :D

I didnt break it, but I twisted off some of my tools (on the broken axle) I decided it my arms and muscles wouldnt tolerate much more of that and opted on sending it to the shop..

But if thats gonna happen, Im going to upgrade while Im at it.

i have a d35 for a tj with 3.07 gears with about 10k miles on it sitting in my garage. all it needs is the brakes swapped over from your axle. let me know if your interested.
