A few of us from the Lake Norman area are going to be camping and wheeling at Callalantee the last weekend of August.
Is anyone else going to be up there that weekend?
me an dmy buddy have been planning a trip up that way. how hard are the trails? i have a tj on 33's with no lift and he has a xj on 31's with 4"lift. would we be good up there? ive run uwharrie with mine and didnt have too much trouble so if its about like that then i think we would be ok
I'll be there with my 7 year old son & a couple of friends on Sat. I'm in a 90 Trooper on 31s. Been once before but don't know my way around. Need another rig to ride with so watch for me. My Trooper is grey with a super winch 9000epi on the fron & a image of Jesus carrying the cross on both front doors.
impala- youll be fine there. there are some much more difficult trails but its still a good time for a mild build. in my opinion its a lot more interesting than uwharrie.
A few of us should be up there Friday afternoon with others straggling in Friday night and Satruday morning.

Some of our guys have been up there before, but only once. So don't expect great tour guides, but we will have fun no matter what! You're more than welcome to ride with us if you want.
I am hauling my lil trooper on 31s up sat morning to wheel for the day. Ganna leave early & hope to get there around 9:00AM. Could someone PM their cell# so I can txt ya when I get there. I don't know that place at all & would like to follow someone who does. I was there only one time a couple years ago & it was covered in snow then.

I think we have 5 rigs going. One group heading over in morning and one after work in the evening. There may be a Bronco or 2 joining us as well. I can't wait to get going!!
