Excellant ride in Mt City. Weather was good, trails interesting with the mix of Snow and ice thrown in.

Damnit I'm jealous, we camped there last weekend and wheeled fri., sat., and sunday and there was hardly any snow. Looked like fun though. -steve

Had a blast, despite the cold weather. Learned a few new camping tips. Yes you can teach an old dog new tricks. We had snow, wind Ice and snow packed trails and then upwards of 60 or so degrees on Sunday. The things about these trails are that you CAN open new ones. Always take a chainsaw, with the logging up there, fire wood is abundant.

I camped Sam, so I guess I am one of the crazy ones. Devon and Tammy, Sherman, Kenneth and Crystal, Steven K, Tom, Robbie and Kim, Jeff, just to name a few also braved it. Only Myself, Devon, Sherman and Tom, Robbie were there Friday night. Cold, YES! Was snowing Friday night. Not sure what it got down too, but they were calling for around 16*
I was riding with Crystal this weekend so I towed my small trailer and brought a load of wood. Devon and Sherman cut some Earlier Friday and someone else brought up some too. We kept a good hot fire all weekend.
Robbie had is lil hut he builds on his trailer, Tom set his tent up on his, Sherman slept in his van, Devon was roughing it in his tent. I was in the back of my truck with my Buddy Heater. I didn't get cold. We had electric hook up so many brought electric blankets. My biggest complaint is that I am an early riser, so without the Mrs's there with me, I was up at 5 and no one else stirred until after 7 both days. Was a good time. Sorry you missed it.
