I just put in 9hrs working on a jeep I just bought today and I'm gonna be ready to go.....
 
JOsh, you were more than ready! Glad the new machine worked good for you.

Was good to meet so many of you I hadn't met before. Had a good time. Hope everyone else did too
 
be glad nobody rode with us. first garden we hit. had terrible carnage on one rig. a smaller version of carnage on the other so we just headed back to camp and rolled out early.
 
Melissa and I had a blast. The jeep did well even after a thorough beating. I think we had plenty of entertainment for the day and not too much carnage. Glad to meet some good people and can't wait to hit those gardens again.
BTW, that was a nice save on the waterfall Chip, a couple more inches down and that would've been a BIG flop. Pics....

Looks good Josh. Wish I could have went but my litttle Jeep would not have kept up anyway. I think I am getting inspired to start on my rear axle now. I gotta get mine up again so I can hang with you and Jay.
 
There was a bone STOCK yj on some 235 radials or somethin that followed us all day, I'll give all the credit to the driver though. I'll be back up there asap.
One of the best parts of the trip was it only took us 2hrs one way and half a tank in the Dodge round trip(hammered down...with Melissa doing the pullin on the way back:eek:

Sounds like I may be OK then with my 33" tires and lockers. Your Jeep appeasr from the pictures to work very well. Glad you finally joined us on the dark side.

hate that I beat the chit out of my yota b/c of boredom LOL
next time I'll run welder etc... with ya'll. good to meet ya and I'll see ya'll after the first of the year (next wheeling trip) :driver:
