calling all charlotte and surrounding folks

My wife worked at University for 2 or 3 yrs. doing the mother/baby deal. She's now now at GMH, much closer.
 
Thought I'd add my 2.5 yen here. I'm up in the University area in between Sugar Creek and Harris, right behind the big Wachovia center. I'd be up for a meet and greet in this area as well.

Also, there's also Hickory Tavern on the corner of Statesville and Harris (near I-77) and right on Mallard Creek Church Rd. (near I-85) Both of which are close to the interstates.

you ahve obviously never done it or you are much better than i because making everything is a pain in the butt...cuttin off and welding on is the easy part. making it all work is the hard part. i have been at this getting all my parts and making everything since january.
Also she does have a hot sister but she got married last year sometime...ur not missin much tho she is high maintenance. i got the good one of the two.
Back to the meet and greet. We have a request for after teh 19th so how bout some evening during the week of the 23rd at one of the mentioned places

I say Quaker Steak and Lube on Speedway Blvd, just off 85. Let's get this sucker planned.
 
here something to just toss around and get a head count for and if this doesnt work for everyone...well we can have more than one at another date.
quaker steak at concord mills exit 49 on 85, 7:00 on wed. july 18th.
post up if u can make it and if we cant get more than a few i guess we can alter the date/time so we dont have some gay akward 1st date thing going on btw a few guys.

I also like Fox & Hound at Northlake mall... it's never crowded and they'll let you reserve the room w/ the pool tables if you get some people confirmed... I think they have specials on Thursday....
 
I'll cruise over to Q&S the 25th, I get off work at 7:00 so I'll be a little late.
 
I can do the 25th. I'm on Ocracoke Island right now until the end of the week, so this Wednesday is out for me.

looks liek 25th is going to work better so the 25th will stay firm unless its just gonna be me eatin by myself at quaker steak. well i guess lets just say the 25th and if no one shows i will just eat by myself.
 
yea...i thought about that earlier...unless ur truck is so built it can only be trailered u have to drive ur rig there, or if its still not done and in the garage i guess u can slide this once. the more rigs we got the better so bring them. i will be there in my solid axle taco.
 
I will try and have project Neverending Project driveable by then. Count me in.
 
I should be there, probably be driving the soot belching CTD though. I'm thinkin I'll be lucky if I can get the jeep loaded on the trailer after these 4 days in Harlan comming up;).

looks like we are getting a decent number together...i guess i wont be eating by myself and keep the list coming. the more the better
