A while back I had to sell my old 86 Ford truck to pay bills. I had really missed that old truck. So I was finally able to buy another. Very few differences but this one is a 94, still a 300 6 cyl. but has a 5 speed where as the 86 had a 4 speed with the low first gear. This one also does not have lock out hubs on the front axle. But it has a cap and has the allen bolts holding it on just like a lock out. So my question is, can I buy lock outs that will be bolt in for this axle?

That one has the TTB front I believe. Should be these. Warn PREMIUM LOCKING HUB - 19 SPLINE - 20990-Broncograveyard.com

I could be wrong but if it's factory those should be the conversion hubs.

Takes 44 lockouts but are supposed to change the spindle nut and locks to the conversion

If it had just three bolts it required a conversion kit but if it has 6 bolts warn hubs should bolt in if I remember correctly.
