Can I get some Honda tech help

My wife's 02 accord has had some evap issues. Almost everything has been replaced, but the CEL is still on. I know if the solenoids short they can take out drivers in the PCM. A bidirectional scan tool is needed to test this, which I don't have. I believe that if the PCM is bad that the dealer will have to do the work since the keys operate with an encoder system. The garage I have taken it to is not aware of the PCM problem, so I think I'm done using them on this repair.

Anyone have any experience or know of an affordable option for Honda repair? Dealer wants $100 to tell me what I already know. They'll be much more expensive beyond that too.

It's a relatively simple diagnosis. Any actual shop with a smoke machine and scan tool should be able to tackle it in a couple hours max.

you said almost everything, but what ACTUALLY has been replaced, and what lead you to replace that part in particular? Also what specific codes are set??
