Just like the title says. Can you bore and stroke a 350?

yes u can. a stroked 350 is called a 383. a slightly overbored 350 is a 355. a 350 is one of the most bored and stroked engines in existence.

Yes, you hardly ever stroke without boring at the same time on a used block. Remember, there is minimal to no power gain from boring. It is simply to clean up the cylinder walls. A 383 is a very choice of motor if you do go that direction.

No a stroked would be a 377 using 400 crank and rods. .030 bore and stroked would be a 383.

i built a 350,bored ..060,with an eagle 400 crank,6 inch rods,JE srp .150 domes,dart heads, and got 610 hp on alky.,turned it 7500..was a nice piece.
