CANCER BENEFIT RIDE @ THE FLATS... APRIL 24th-26th

most likely yes. we did ride easy street like 5 times lol
cool. awesome video. i'm curious what kind of setup are you running. reason i ask is next time i go down there, i really would like to tackle something like this...not steep and bouncy like the one red i did lol...but something more level requiring maneuvering/skill/finesse/etc to get through. after going to an off road park and not only watching harder stuff in person but getting a chance to "test the waters" on my own...i'm very curious to know what it's like driving up/through a trail like easy st with rocks/ledges and such. of course without being in anyones way and blocking others' fun, something i would like to try and do next trip down to see if i have what it takes to maneuver such trail. xj on 35s locked F&R, would/has this setup made it? thanks for your input.
(i really wanted to do it saturday nightish before finishing the last hour of wheeling for the trip but nobody was around to help me if i bottomed out or stuck and figured not try and have to go hunt someone down looking like an idiot stuck on easy street at 8pm at night lol)

looks like having a spotter on that trail might help a little for a first timer like myself on that kind of trail!!

It's my TJ in the video. 2.5" of suspension lift, 1.25 body, full aluminum belly up skid plates (savvy) under it & gas tank skid, D30HP up front with an ARB, D44 Rubicon rear, 35s, and a bunch of other shit that I don't feel like typing out (and that doesn't matter to much). Locked F/R and 33s on a TJ can do easy street with decent lines without issue (other than the very top right fork). It is really all in just learning to pick the right line.

I'm the Cherokee in front of him I'm on 35s 4in lift dana30 chromos 8.8 rear locked front and rear. Its all about the line you pick I made it threw the bottom section without getting hung up, got hung up at the top and smoked tires for a while before I got over the ledge. DSM turbo said he got hung up at the bottom a couple of times but made quick work of the top. I tried it several times when I was on 33s with stock shafts and blew a shaft every time I tried. Then again if I dont make it the first time I just back up and hit it harder.

well dang...good info to know. so both on 35s made it, cool. i was told so much not to do it i got very scared away from it until AFTER i hit most of the other yellows and one red but i think i have the confidence now to try it next time. i really wanna do it for my personal driving knowledge/ability more than anything. i figured my jeep would make it but it's me that has to learn i guess how to drive through stuff like that. look forward to it!

What makes easy st challenging is that its always wet. Wet = wheel speed to get over obstacles
yeah i did notice the wetness so yeah...no crawling that trail which is why i didn't tackle it scared to hit the rpms but now that i know i can, i'm looking forward to it, especially now that i will have this instead of my turdyfive: not much but 29 spline 8.25 welded solid, trussed, no low hanging shock mounts, shaving it 3/4" and probably going to add some swort of lateral bars to it to ever prevent any possibility of spring wrap!

yes my apologies again. we have already gone through this many times and am very sorry. will have it fixed by the this coming up event. thank you!!

seat belts fixed and while at it i thought i would give the wife, little girl, and anyone else who might eve ride in the back more "comfortable and durable" grab bar so i took 60" piece of 1/8"wall pipe and gonna weld it in from pillar to pillar about midway up sitting right behind the 2 front seats so that way the riders back there have a nice long comfortable and handy bar to hold on to and figure with doors off, should help keep the pillars stronger and from flexing as much also. the pipe is also welded to a 4"x4" base to spread out the contact patch on the pillars so should be plenty strong.
