cant post thread anywhere else...need help deciding on gears

ive got a toyota pickup 4 cylinder stock. im gonna put 33s on it but idk if i should go with 5.29 or 4.88 gears? i wouldnt mind getting some low end and goin slower. the fastest i drive is 60.

What tranny, auto for 5 spd?
If it's auto, def go for the 5.29s. You will be slightly overgeared but this is the best combo.

if it's 5spd, technically 4.88 is back to the stock ratio. Buuuut - if you don't mind going slow and want max power, go ahead and go for the 5.29s. Yes you will be pretty overgeared, BUT you're already set up for bigger tires later. For the cost of gearing i'd say go ahead and do it just once... and besides the 22re really works better in the higher RPMs anyway...
