can someone get the wholesale value on a car for me. its a 2003 VW passat gls 2.8 v6 auto 100k leather power everything sun roof loaded up pretty good. thanks guys

It's been my experience that KBB "trade-in" value is the exact dollar a dealer will actually give you. Then they go into the wholesale speal....so one would assume that trade-in value=wholesale value

And with that....KBB said your trade-in value was:

Excellent $4,525
Good $4,150
Fair $3,525

^^^ he's got it.

A dealer will give you (at most) the price they would pay for your car at wholesale. All other things being equal.

Therefore trade value USUALLY equals wholesale value.
